To insure your furniture arrives in a safe and timely manner, Bali Bamboo Creations uses the services of UPS Trade Direct for all United States deliveries. When your furniture is ready for shipping it is transported by UPS ocean freight from Indonesia to the UPS port facility in Carson, CA. It is cleared through United States customs and delivered direct to your preferred address.

All prices on the web site include shipping of your custom-made furniture direct to your home or business in the continental United States. (For an additional fee, we can ship to Alaska and Hawaii; please contact us for pricing information).

For most products, local delivery is via UPS Standard Ground service.

Delivery is also available worldwide. Please contact us for pricing to other destinations.

We will provide you with UPS tracking and contact information to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Delivery time for shipping from Bali, Indonesia to your address will be approximately six weeks.
